After going to repair shop near my work(3 visits over 2 weeks) and paying and paying for what seemed like "spin the wheel and I'll replace." After 3rd time, the car was still doing what is what when I first brought it in. I then went to Reis, and they took time to properly diagnose while showing me what they did and what they discovered. They fixed it, and I left a happy camper. Customer for life. Honest, professional, upfront, and they know what they are doing.

I came here today for the first time, brakes basically gone, calipers ruined; needless to say I was distraught. I ran to this shop in desperation three months ago for a required inspection and was originally quoted $10 more dollars than another shop and Bobby didn't hassle me to price match... I loved that and he gave me my expected perfect inspection report. Flashforward to today, I had an overtorqued lugnut that snapped the threaded bolt off. Autozone said i'll need to replace the entire wheel bearing and I started to sweat. Luckily I went across the street to Bobby and he said he'll see what he can salvage. He was able to replace just the piece (he couldve easily said what autozone said and I wouldve believe him), and charged fairly even though I said the repair would be reimbursed - he didn't abuse on price. I went ahead and got my oil changed while I was there and that was priced great too! Our Jeep Patriot is back on the road and I am beyond any hesitation to recommend Reis to anyone in Town n Country with an auto issue. We sure found our local mechanic!

Steve and Bobby always treat me right. They are honest business men. I recommend them to everyone. The bad reviews on here are all people who expect to get something for nothing. I've been using them exclusively since 2011 that's over 10 years now and I never had an issue. It really is nice to be able to talk to the business owner face to face and be treated fairly. It also doesn't hurt that the prices are very reasonable. They have the cheapest synthetic blend oil change in town and they get you in and out quickly. Don't listen to the negative reviews on here by disgruntled people these guys are the real deal.

So before I decided to use reis auto I looked at other shops and by far this shop was a great find for me for several reasons 1. I asked what it would cost to tune up my car I got a straight answer unlike some places that want to do diag first and then come back with a laundry list of issues. I was given a quote of 382.00 others wanted 600 and that 2 was not sure if I needed all the bells and whistles so I knew I needed new plugs so I was told to do plugs would be around 200 I love that I was given an option 3 Bobby was great and so was tee jay my car is a Hyundai and tee jay worked at a Hyundai dealership in the past so I know he knew my car 4. No pressure or anything was added that I did not want I even got a great deal on new bulbs for all my lights had 9 of them out . At the end of the day a great experience I'd recommend this shop to anyone who wants straight answers

I've never had my car fixed at an auto repair shop before .I know these places tend to take advantage of you if you lack knowledge of cars but Reis Auto Service was nothing like that.
